Finding ones self, among the world of decisions to make, isn’t easy… In fact, IT IS Downright confusing to a teenager with the options of the world laid open at their feet.. Be a ~football playing hero~, win scholarships, go big time… Be a ~doctor~, ~lawyer~, take the route into life that offers the ~~MOST~~ money… prestige… benefits of ~this world~…. We push our children down the path of destruction, without even thinking twice, about what we’re doing ~~OR~~ what IS really best for them…. WHY?
IT IS So very hard for a young person, just starting out in life to decide for themselves what career that they want, what IS best for them, life decisions on earth can be frustrating.. BUT when we fill their heads with ~YOU~ can be anything that you want to be, sometimes we set them up for a great fall, disappointment, a feeling of failure, depression… Because, most times the ~YOU~ wanta path, just flat doesn’t work….. Society, opportunity, availability of positions, locations, many factors gotta be figured in….
I saw a post the other day that sorta fired me up, until I really thought about *IT*… Someone wrote, “Peace IS A Lie.” Naturally I thought God does not lie and “Peace” IS NOT A LIE! But, after more thorough consideration, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, I realized that “Peace” IS Indeed ~A LIE~, and here IS That *IF* that so many times gets overlooked or ignored, *IF*, IT IS the peace that man attempts, all by himself, to bring about…. Because ~~True Peace~~ can only come from THE LORD….. ALL The Great Wonders that mankind attempts to accomplish IS IN Vain, except the LORD establish IT… AND SO, ALL The Great Plans we might have for our children are IN Vain, OR that we encourage them to hold in their hearts, are all vanity, and useless, *IF*, we don’t lead them IN God’s Will and Way, to attain What THE LORD has planned for them…
IT just may be that THE LORD, has not planned that they be football stars, doctors, lawyers, and such…. AND here we have interfered with the plans of our LORD in their lives and pushed them away from HIS guidance and under the influence of the world, in an attempt to make them, wealthy and famous, or worse yet if possible, make them to attempt the dreams that we had for ourselves that we failed at for whatever reasons…
THIS, sets them at contrast with God’s Plan for them and brings about confusion in their lives… What God has set in their hearts to do, Will Rise up, in battle with what we have pushed them to do… and they will rebel, not understanding or knowing why.. Bringing a whole mess of discontent in their lives…. Destroying ~~THE PEACE~~ that God puts in our lives, WHEN, we follow HIS Will and Way that HE SET Forth for us, each individual to follow…
Instead, of pushing them into the world for gain, we should teach them to seek the ~~Guidance~~ that only comes from THE LORD, in their young lives, while they are very young help them to pray for that guidance BY The Holy Spirit, in Jesus Name.
(Psalm 127:1)… “Except THE LORD, Build, the house, they labour in vain that build *IT*: Except THE LORD Keep the city, the watchman waketh but IN Vain…”
This one verse carries a message with a huge impact on mankind, in ~~ALL~~ Situations.. *IF*, they read *IT*, pay attention, Accept *IT*, and follow *IT*… Here IS that *IF*, IN Except, as in leave out, to omit, *IF* and *When* we leave God out of the equation of our life, whether by ignorance or purpose, we fail and fall mighty short, bringing a whole heap of troubles upon ourselves, AND our loved ones… SOOOOoooo… *IF* we don’t leave the decision up to The LORD, to Guide us by The Holy Spirit, teach our children to seek, look for, humbly accept the Guidance of The LORD Through Him, then we will end up in a miserable situation….
This applies to ~~EVERY~~ aspect of our life… Dating, Marriage, Career Choices, Life & Death Decisions, even IN The Churches… Spiritually, physically, mentally, financially, OR emotionally.
(Matthew 6:25) .. AS Jesus Said: “Therefore I (Jesus) say unto you, Take ~NO~ thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for you body, what shall you put on… IS NOT the ~Life~ more than meat, and the body than raiment?
(Luke 12:11-12).. (Again, Jesus Said).. “And when they bring you into the ~synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers, take ye ~no~ thought how OR what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say… FOR, The Holy Ghost ~Shall~ teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say..”
That IS *IF* you have learned TO: “Listen” TO the Spirit, and not the sounds of the world.. *IF* you have been taught, and have learned to humbly ~Pay Attention~ to the urging OF The Spirit OF The LORD, to discern *IT* from the urgings of the serpent to rebel… BY staying ~~Close~~ to THE LORD, through HIS Son Jesus Christ, by continually seeking answers in THE Written Word, instead of asking your fleshly friends in the world what is right and wrong, what to do or not to do… BY, continual Prayer TO: The Father, Guided By THE Holy Ghost, IN Jesus Name….
You see there is a process by which we find that ~True Peace~ That only Comes from THE Power of The LORD… and the word for that IS *Obedience*… Obedience TO God’s Will and Way IN ~~ALL~~ Things… Because with out that the ~House~ crumbles, our ~plans~ fail, and our countenance of ~Peace~ falls…
YEP, peace IS A Lie, *IF* IT IS A Futile attempt by mankind to establish *IT*… BUT *IF* IT IS Humbly obtained from God through ~Obedience~ TO HIS Will and Way, and then *IF* we maintain our walk with HIS Son Jesus, then nothing can touch, THE PEACE, within.. AND This PEACE, IS THE TRUTH and not a lie….
