Noah Found Grace

When we think of Noah and the ark, we never think of “Grace”, do we?  But the verse in Genesis 6:8-9b  comes to my mind often… There are many lessons to be learned from this account, which THE LORD God had penned down by writers of old and preserved through time for us today to read, learn, and share with others… Walking through the Bible Testaments both Old and New, brings a wonderful experience of learning to a humble serious reader….
(Genesis 6:8 - 9b ..KJV)….But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. 9b.Noah was ~a just man~ and perfect in his generations, and Noah ~walked~ with God. 
How did Noah ~Find~ “Grace” in the Eyes  of  THE LORD?  People today teach that “Grace” is not found in ~works~, that we have nothing to do to find Grace, IT IS A Gift From God,  nor can mankind lose “Grace”  once it is obtained… What does THE KJV Bible actually say… And it is truly written that, “Grace”,  is a Gift from God,  BUT through What? There IS AN Action which man must  make….  As Paul explained.       
(Romans 5:15 KJV)….But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead , much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.
Ephesians 2: 8 - 9)…. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast . 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto ~~good works,~~  which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
So where we  are not saved by “Grace”,  from our works in the world of fleshly mankind,  we are ~Saved~ through *Faith*… and that faith  is settled in God, through Jesus Christ,  not in mankind… Just as Noah walked  with God although he lived in a world of sin, his faith was in God, his mind and thoughts centered on and in God,  his obedience was to God and ~NOT~ to mans ways…
(Genesis 6: 22...Thus did Noah; according to all that God commanded him, so did he.
(Hebrews 11:7 KJV)…By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear , prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.
One clue to Noah ~finding~ “Grace”  in The Eyes of THE LORD…  he was obedient to God’s Will and not his own,  AS  he did ~ALL~  that God commanded of him…
How many folks do we know today, including ourselves,  would build a huge boat on dry land, out of obedience to God,  and *IF*,  we were so bold as to do something like that among our peers which were in disbelief,  would we have the ~Faith~ to enter into *IT* with all the animals that Noah carried on IT?   AND YET,  Noah did, as God commanded… Could ~we the people~ who call ourselves “Christians” set such a magnificent example of ~Faith~ in our Heavenly Father,  through HIS Son Jesus Christ, and in obedience to the guidance to THE Holy Ghost?
(Hebrews 4:16 KJV)…Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and ~find grace~  to help in time of need.
(Romans 5:21 KJV)…That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might ~grace reign~  **through righteousness**   unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.
(Hebrews 12:28 KJV)….Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:
(Hebrews 13:9 KJV)… **Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines.**  For it is a good thing that the ~heart be established with grace;~  not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein .
Can we ~Loose~ Grace?  No man can take it from us but we can throw it away by our own works and ways…. AS IT IS Written… So many Church groups have taken the view that the world is good in so many ways, taking in the traditions of men carried down through the ages from pagan teachings… Heartfelt stories that lure the conscious to adhere to them, but they are not sanctioned by The Written Word…. People be ware of Satan the devil for he is real and a real threat in the disguise of goodness… AND *IF* he can throw a beautiful treat before your eyes to tempt you,  accepting,  may give you a pummel, or a fading away from grace…
(1 Peter 5:8 KJV)…Be sober , be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about , seeking whom he may devour:
(James 1:11 KJV)…For the sun is no sooner risen with a burning heat, but it withereth the grass, and the flower thereof falleth , and the ~grace of the fashion of it perisheth:~ so also shall the rich ~man fade away in his ways.~
(Hebrews 10:29 KJV)…Of  how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified , an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of
grace?
(Jude 1:4 KJV)…For there are certain men crept in unawares , who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
(II Peter 2:1-4 KJV)… But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. 2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of . 3 And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not. 4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned , but cast them down to hell , and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; 5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;

(Romans 16: 16b- 19a)… The churches of Christ salute you. 17 Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned ; and avoid them *. 18 For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple. 19 For your obedience is come abroad unto all men.
(II Peter 1:2 KJV)…Grace and peace be multiplied unto you *through* ~the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,~
(II Peter 3:18 KJV)…But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever . Amen.
Yet ~Another~ clue as to what  we the people *Must* DO,  IF we would find grace in the eyes of the LORD and maintain IT….
(Hebrews 12:15 KJV)…~`Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace~~ of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled ;
(Galatians 1:6 KJV)…I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:
(2 Timothy 2:1 KJV)…Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
(Genesis 6:12-14 & 18)… And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt ; for all flesh had corrupted HIS way upon the earth. 13 And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before ME; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth. 14 Make thee an ark of gopher wood;  18 But with thee will I establish my covenant; and thou shalt come into the ark, thou, and thy sons, and thy wife, and thy sons' wives with thee.
(Genesis 9:16-17 KJV)… And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it , that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth. 17 And God said unto Noah, This is the token of the covenant, which I have established between me and all flesh that is upon the earth.
(Ezekiel 14:20 KJV)…Though Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, they shall deliver neither son nor daughter; they shall but deliver their own souls by their righteousness.
(James 2:18 KJV)…Yea, a man may say , Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.
(James 2:22 KJV)…Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect ?
(Revelation 2:19 KJV)…I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first.
